PMBA alumni group forms in Panama.
Graduates of the Professional MBA-Panama program of Florida International University (FIU) in Panama City, Republic of Panama, recently launched an alumni association. Group members and Quality Leadership University. where the program is taught, hosted the event at Panama City’s Union Club on October 23, 2012.

Carlos Gonzalez (PMBA ’09), national sales manager, Johnson and Johnson, is serving as president and Craig Morrissey (PMBA ’09) administrator, Americas Hospital Management, is vice president.
Work is underway to increase membership by twice the current number of 17 before the end of 2012.The organization’s ambitious plans include networking, collaboration in social responsibility projects, an alumni web-based directory and continuing professional education.
Three classes totaling 72 have graduated from this accelerated, twenty-month, weekend MBA program offered through FIU’s Chapman Graduate School of Business. Another class will graduate in December.
