Developer Luncheon features Alan Ojeda.

The second in a series of Developer Luncheons hosted by the Jerome Bain Real Estate Institute in the College of Business at Florida International University (FIU) drew approximately 90 undergraduates, graduate students and alumni to hear Alan Ojeda, president and CEO of Rilea Group and the developer of 1450 Brickell—a 35-story office building of about 600,000 square feet—and his architect, Bruce Brosch, president, Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, Inc.

Suzanne Hollander led the most recent Developer Luncheon, which drew about 90.

A group Q&A followed the presentations, as did individual interchanges with audience members.

Suzanne Hollander, Bain Institute industry liaison, led the session, which took place March 7, 2013. William Hardin, director, Hollo School of Real Estate, and Finance Department faculty member Zhonghua Wu, also attended.
